12dailypro login problem

Default 12dailypro login problem

Hello,

Has anyone had any problem logging into their 12dailypro account?Since Friday 25/11/05 every time I attempt to log into my account I receive the same message: 'user not found'.

I have not changed my e-mail or password since I joined last month and have quite a substantial amount in the system in terms of upgrades.I have been paid on three occasions as normal since joining and have now missed out on 2 surfing days as a result of this.Everything was going smoothly until this problem,but I am starting to worry a little bit now.I have submitted a ticket to 12dailypro admin but have received no response yet.Has anyone else had this problem?I have never divulged my password to anyone and have the normal security settings on my computer.Please help as I feel totally helpless at this moment in time.

P.S. I am not from Singapore!!!!

You need to submit your ticket again, cause all previous tickets been deleted.

From recent 12DP news:

"Clearing the Ticket System - by Charis - 12DP Admin at 2005-11-27 15:32:23

The last couple of weeks have seen a great deal of program happenings and issues that required a tremendous support staff effort.

As you can imagine, the ticket system has been flooded with individual questions, comments, and support issues regarding these matters. As a result, the ticket system had become so full that we determined there was no efficient and time-senstive way for us to open, service, and repond to every single one of the thousands of oustanding tickets regarding these matters as well as service the other non-related account tickets we regularly receive.

Our solution: In the next hour we will be closing all currently open or on-hold tickets. We are going to ask those of you who submitted these tickets to do the following:

Please do not re-open the tikcet if it pertains to any of the following issues:

Missing Egold Upgrades - this issue has already been resolved

Site downtime - the site will have moments of downtime; there is not need to submit tickets regarding this as our technical team is always already aware of any downtime you might report

E-Gold Spend Limit - Our Egold account is now successfully restored after providing due diligence info to Egold.

Singaporean IP Ban/Suspension - We will be sending out the latest updates regarding this issue by mail. We will not be aswering individual tickets about this at this time.

Stormpay Double Payments - this issue has already been resolved.

"When will I be paid?" - Only reopen these tickets if it has been more than 7 business (monday-friday) days since your expiration and you still haven't received your withdrawal.

General program or company questions - For these answers please consult our terms of service, faq, and forum.

If your ticket issue does not fit into one of the above categories and you still feel your matter needs to be addressed, please feel free to re-open your ticket. You can do so by checking the status of your ticket in the support center and then selecting re-open. Someone will reply within 48 hours of re-opening. Please do not answer your own ticket before a staff member has a chance to as this will simply cause the system to move your ticket to the back of the line and delay your support.

Just a few questions.

Jeka: who is/are SMB?I have never divulged my e-mail/password to anyone or opened up any dodgy e-mails requesting information regarding such(I have never received any such e-mails by the way)!

m3rn: why do you think my account has been deleted.I have done nothing wrong.I have no referrals so as such I have never advertised 12dp in any way.I have stuck rigidly to the terms as set out by 12dp and as I say I have already received 3 payments into my e-gold account.I had 1 upgrade that expired on 25/11/05 and another in the system due to expire on 1/12/05.I am starting to get concerned now as I cannot surf or even access my account at all.#

I donīt think your password has been stolen, in that case you would get the "invalid login" message instead of "user not found".

So submit that ticket to 12DP as soon as possible and just wait (be patient!), then let us know what happened.

By the way, smb is (means) "somebody"!

Just a quick update on my 12dailypro login problem.

I received an e-mail from their admin today saying that they have no record of my e-mail address which I have been using to login.I am confused to say the least and have replied with full details of all my upgrades and payments received in the program.I replied directly to the e-mail sent to me,but should I have opened a new ticket instead?I,m hoping the response time may be a bit quicker by replying directly as every day that passes without surfing i,m losing out big time.

There must be somebody out there who has encountered similar problems or is it just me!?Otherwise does anyone have any theories as to what may have happened.Here's hoping.
