Solution for Paypal to E-gold or Paypal to Virtual Card

Hi everybody,

I'm a foreigner and lives outside of USA. I have a verified paypal account but I don't qualify to a paypal ATM because I'm a non-usa account holder. I want to be able to to have instant acces to my funds. The only way paypal can send me my money is by transfering them to my bank account. That takes too much time. I need a solution for this. I found some ATM cards and Debit Visa/Master cards online which I can buy/reload with e-gold and withdraw my funds world wide at atm machines. That's a solution for me but I still have to buy the e-gold and the only way I am able to do that is with my paypal funds. So when I want my funds I'll just buy e-gold with paypal then fund my atm-card, go to a near atm machine and withdraw my money. And all this could go alot faster than the way paypal does it. the problem is that most of the atm-card providers don't let you buy the card with paypal but with e-gold and after buying it some of them will let you also reload it with paypal.

I also thought of a second solution which is to buy a virtual debit card with paypal, then buy the e-gold with that and then buy/reload the atm card. But still I'll need the e-gold.

I'm pretty sure there are more people out there stuck with this same problem. So can anyone help me and tell me how I'm going to pay for the egold with my paypal funds? Thanks in advance.
