Invitation for Zarabanda to follow up our discussion

Welcome, this thread was created for the purpose of following up several recent discussions and accusation pertaining to the username Zarabanda.

I will monitor this thread for the next few days - I am hoping we can further clarify several pertinent issues regarding factual vs. misleading and /or untrue statements made over the last few weeks that I feel have adversely affected the general membership of the forum.

I hope to resolve these disputes in a cordial manner, but began the thread here for the freedom to allow open and frank discussions on this topic.

Thousands of people have filed complaints against Storm Pay, Inc, Steve C. Girsky and John R. McConnell Jr. with The Tennessee Better Business Bureau, Tennessee Commerce Security Agency, Tennessee Governors Office, FBI Tips Hotline, Internet Crime Complaint Center, Federal Trade Commission, US Postal Inspector General, Utah Consumer Complaint Agency and the Editors of The Leaf Chronicle AND I have helped them every step of the way.

And Homebiznews called me a liar regarding talking to FBI Agent Kevin Kendrick, that's trash talk, and then calls me a troll for urging people to file complaints against Storm Pay, Inc., Steve C. Girsky, and John R. McConnell Jr.

I want justice served Homebiznews, and if it is Steve and John's butt on the grill SO BE IT. You feel that Charis is the guilty party here? Let justice be served then.

I don't care if you curl up on John's bed or couch, that doesn't matter to me at all, what matters is to stop the wide scale victimization that has occurred to many thousands of individuals who each point their middle finger at Steve C. Girsky and John R McConnell as the culprit.

If you disagree with putting a stop to the mass wide scale victimization, then I do not see what your case or point is Homebiznews.

Fraud should not be encouraged and those trying to stop Fraud should not be discouraged in their efforts.

Individuals filing Online Complaints against a individual they feel has committed Fraud should not be discouraged from doing so.

hooray for Zarabanda!!! homebiznews and ponzi buster can be negative all they want, but that's the way they are. some people make a living and a name for themselves by being negative... others make it by being positive. don't tell people NOT to chargeback... shut your negative trap!!!

I took the bull by the horns and issued chargebacks and an ACH reversal on February 3rd, and I've received about 75% of my original payments (about 3k) back so far.

scampay will go to hell and rightfully so!

I disagree with you, they are not negative BUT realistic. Their information the most accurated.

As for your chargeback, I hope it goes well and gets to a good end.

Zarabanda - for the record I have never discouraged anyone from filing any complaints either with the Midlle TN BBB or with the FBI - problem first of all with your constant calls for people to complain to the Nashville FBI or any TN based Federal agency is that they refer those to the Charlotte FBI as you well know from several posts by PPatrol and myself.

I am calling you a liar right now to your face as regards your supposed contact with SA Kendrick of the FBI.

Do you dispute the fact that you began a thread about the FBI clears 12DP less than 24 hours before Dirty_bird posted that FBI press release saying exactly the opposite! Several members asked you to prove the misleading info in that thread of yours but you refused and continued to insist that you had spoken with several persons both in the TN field office and I believe CA and WA as well as Charlotte NC.

Now you seem hell bent on convincing the members that you speak the truth and is a fact that the target of an FBI investigation is Stormpay and not 12DP - even going so far as to insist you have conversations with SA Kendrick and you posess so much inside information on what various Federal, State and BBB actions are.

Again, so there can be no doubt - I AM CALLING YOU A LIAR

I am accusing you of being a TROLL and spreading lies and disinformation in the SP folder and the 12DP folder for some hidden agenda or possibly even nefarious purposes.

I am calling you out on these various issues here and now - I have documentation and reference to all those items I have accused you of - and any member of the forum may search your post history and draw their own conclusions as well.

Do you have any defense whatsoever for these very serious accusations I have made at you?

I feel that I should inform you that by encouraging others to begin what may well be fraudulent chargeback complaints against either SP or EMO that you may well be violating various Federal laws, and your IP address is recorded here on this site.

Please seek legal advice before posting this again - just a friendly suggestion, I hate to see people make statements that come back top haunt them. It is only fair and responsible for me to try to assist you in this regard.

I called you out on your lies as well. That FBI agent in North Carolina asked for victims of 12DailyPro to contact them, and it is on their website. There was no mention of StormPay anywhere being investigated by them.

No morals. The 12DailyPro crew do not even have morals, and making everybody else suffer because they do not care but their greed to steal from other victims of the scam. I wonder what SA Kendrick will say about these posts made by Zara and any others?

Forgot to add one more thing regarding this - the only way that any SAC like Kendrick would speak with you frankly about who is a target of some FBI investigation is if YOU were the target or your attorney told you that the DOJ or FBI had informed them that you were a target.............

Also for the record I have no connection to Stormapay or any employee or other persons connected to Stormpay. I have only used Stormpay once awhile back (more than 1 year)

I am a private citizen living near Riverside CA and have no agenda on this forum other than to promote the dissemination of truth and to enjoy intellectual discussion and friendships.

That is your opinion then of my discussion with Agent Kendrick. I spoke with the man, and that is what I was told. You can scratch and sniff after that agency has determined any links, connections and patterns regarding Storm Pay, Inc., Steve C. Girsky and John R. McConnell Jr. which suggest criminal activitys. Other partys were told THE EXACT SAME THING.

You are speaking to me of Moral Values? The laws of this land are inherent moral values, suggesting to someone they are immoral for filing a complaint as a victim of a crime is nonsense.
