Virtual VISA Credit Card anonymous for registration + verification, instant delivery

i've found out this new virtual VISA credit card, jus something to share with u guys, as u may check my previous posts, searching for hard for a useful visa card. i believe it's 1 of the best among all the card providers.

here's the email content:

the provider actually sent me a jpg of the visa card. very good service.

How is it possible to get a jpg of a virtual card?
virtual means it dosen't exist in a physical form.

they issued the card details in JPG, perhaps to keep the card details secure. tat makes sense it's virtual as long as u do not receive a pyhsical card that u actually can hold in hand.

the card only cost you $18 (preload $6) - $36 (preload $24).

graphcard is not bad, but it's gift card, u put ur paypal acc in risk if u wish to verify with a gift card.

You mean you started selling the card before even testing it with your own account.

well, 1st of all, i'm not making any profit and i was jus sharing this new card wif u guys as mentioned earlier. secondly, the card works fine with paypal registration and the expanded use number takes 4 days to appear on the statement. jus like an ordinary credit card. Or u think i should do the TESTING for 1 yr or 2 yr? make sure the account is not limited before posting this thread?
