Help installing my HYIP script

Hi, I recently bought a HYIP script here:

It is the script titled Hyip Manager RL ............................................... $ 9.5

I have the script, and have the hosting and domain name. Banners and headers are currently in the process of being made. My question is if anyone can help me install this. I am willing to pay within a reasonable amount, so either PM me here AND leave a message in this thread, or email me AND leave a message in this thread.

What language is it written in? Does it come w/ install instructions or an installer file?

you are a programmer so perhaps you can help me with my problem. The deposits don't shows in anywere of the site. I'm check the md5 passphrase 10 times or more and still the same. What can be wrong?
