i have come on this forum after long time.
i have not read anything about money which was scammed by stormpay. i lost $2200 from stormpay. can i have some hope to get it

They are filing for bankrupcity protection so no way anyone can recover nything from them unless you use CC

I haven't heard anything about bankruptcy, but if they took money from your credit card, you can get it back by contacting your credit card company. If they took it from your bank account AND it has been less than 60 days since you got the statement it appeared on, you can get it back through your bank.

Good thing is that filing for bk shouldn't hinder SP customers from recovering as the money comes from SP's (former) CC processor, which is HSBC, which has very deep pockets.
