MOOMAA is an international autosurfing association. It was founded by users of the forum Autoserfnews.com on July-22, 2006. Autoserfnews.com was a Russian-language forum which was devoted to autosurfing news. Now it is closed. You can see the statute of MOOMAA via the Internet Archive's wayback machine:

The mission of the organization is following (according to official wording):

The basic purpose of creation of the association is formation of the organization which could influence the development process of autosurfing industry, and (the most important), develop mechanisms of protection of participants of autosurfing programs against scam programs and owners of autosurfing projects against unfair competitors. (it's not the secret that such competitors can kill the program also as well as in offline, engaging killers (hackers or DDoSers), or simply having started up the tittle-tattle generating an elementary panic).
We also have created the organization trying to affect legalization of our industry. Today a very few of people disagree that almost all the autosurfing programs are the ponzi-schemes. The starting capital helps to receive commands quickly and to begin construction of system of additional incomes for financing payments and developments of the project, or eventually, as a result of swindle from owners of projects or a poor control of the program, leads to crash of the project. And so, within the limits of the organization, we would like to provide research activity and to find out, is it possible to construct a steady and lawful program, and if yes what the mechanism should be there. Positive results could change a lot of things. The most important things are laws of the industry, our profit, life expectancy of programs. Such organization would complicate the business led by scammers who have already made enough profit out of our ignorance and separation. Another result of research work may become methodical and teaching materials for the beginners who have come to business, and for the people who have already received the first experience and want to remain in a rate of tendencies and changes in our rapidly developing industry.

As to me, I think such an organization is interesting because of another reason, too. The memders of the association which make efforts to legalize the honest autosurfing industry may act as a single group on different forums to support the autosurfs whose admins are not aimed to steal our money. It would be very useful for the industry.
