There are several things you will need to start day trading, of course money to start with in your account, a forex trading account (preferably a demo account to start and learn the ropes), and a trading system or automatic trading signals that could help you earn money in the market, goodluck!

Start with longer term position trading and then progressively shorten your time frame. Day trading moves too fast for someone who is not familiar with the market to learn about order types and investment terminology.

I would agree with this.

The one thing you must understand if you want to trade is leverage. You need a good lump of cash if you are going to be successful as you don't want to leverage up too much.

You can be wiped out in seconds if things don't go your way.
