paypal account(s) must be:
1. Limited more than 180 days ago (otherwise contact me to find are there any solutions)
2. Has a pozitive balance more than 25 usd.
3. You must receive e-mail from paypal stating that money are available for withdrawal (otherwise contact me to find are there any solutions).

I can send you WU, MG, Webmoney WMZ, bank wire (Swift), paypal etc.

System is tested and works with almost all paypal accounts in the world.

How long does it take: Usually you will receive your money 3-5 business days after your acccount will be cashed out.

FEES:
XXX<49 usd - 45 %
50<XXX<100 usd - 40 %
100<XXX<400 - 35 %

hmm, yes of course!
In time when TG allowed personal exchanges I was specialist in paypal:
I have changed paypal to e-gold, webmoney and back, I was restoring limited paypal accounts, this was my main business.
I had about +50, +70 exchange rating, one time (as gpmac12 if not mistaken) I was on the top of persons, I had the BEST rating!
Besides, if you know webmoney system, I have a personal attestate with a very high Business Level - more than 400 BL.

hey just found this post on the internet. I just got limited and have a little over 100$ on the account. Couldn't really find any help on how to get the money out and I tried calling paypal but they wouldn't do anything without proper identification which I do not want to send.
