Just search NFA registered forex brokerages, almost of them are using Paypal for deposit/withdraw methods, but there is some issue that Paypl just available for members who are living in USA.

Careful of brokers that offer Paypal. I have the official word from Paypal themselves that their policy is to refuse Paypal for Forex brokers. I know this from personal experience when a well known ASIC regulated broker was recently unable to open a Paypal business account because of Paypal's policy on Forex.

i guess OANDA and FX Clearing are accepting Paypal. But it would be better if you will search on Google. You surely can find a broker.
