I need just business registered (no bank account)

Hi all,

I am doing affiliate marketing where I have a number of sites promoting health related products and receiving commission for that. Now, all of us affiliates received instructions from our affiliate network (based in UK) that we need to put "Legal disclosure badge" on every page on our site where we would mention our real name and also the fact that we earn money by promoting products.

Since I do not want to mention my real name and address, we are allowed to have our registered business name and address mentioned. The thing is that I do not have any company registered, I am thinking now about registering business name somewhere just for this purpose. Also I would need a real mailing address, where people can write regular mail.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I don't need bank account, I just need to register LTD with minimal paperwork because this will not be used for any other purposes.

WHat do you guys think?

If you register an offshore company, say in Seychelles, you normally only have to provide your passport and proof of address scan. Formation takes 1-2 days.

Each corporation comes with a registered address however this is for legal notices not regular mail. People can send you mail but you would have to pay postage or courier to receive them.

Seychelles is an excellent choice, but have a look at your bank account options and with whom you can open one. Some ppl say a Co. without a bank account is a little like a plane without wings,

I would tend to agree here. At a minimum you would want an account set up for your company as it will open up your options. Who knows, you may need it someday too.

Seychelles is an excellent option and many countries are still open to banking with Seychelles offshore companies (IBC).

This is my top recommendation for many clients.

simplest and cheapest for you would be to register LLC in palces like Oreogn , Wyomiing since the whole purpose is only not to mentieond your name
