Warned for posting 'paid' ? And can't see warnings..

Is this warning for monitors? I'm not monitor.

I have read all your rules and i haven't seen this rule:

Monitor posting "paid" at less than $1
(Warning Type = 'Monitor posting "paid" at less than $1')

I would like to get link to this rule thread, where it says not to post "Paid, thanks". It would be very interesting to me whats more i am not allowed to do here, because im soon to getting banned, that is what i don't want at all.
