We are having this exact same problem with HYIPExplorer. We sent $200 3 days ago for monitoring service. This amount was never re-invested and they have not responded to any contact attempts.

We have also been contacted by other HYIP admins who are saying they are having this exact same problem with HYIPExplorer

I was unable to find the appropriate place to post this issue so I had no choice but to post it here. We've sent 200.00$ to HYIP Explorer in order to get listed but unfortunately he signed up for an account and never bothered activating it. We sent him an email (actually we sent out 3) and told him that his account was manually activated by us. So far, we haven't heard anything from them. What can we do to get them to list us?
