Deposit money into Liberty Reserve

Can anyone tell me what is the best way to deposit money into Liberty Reserve that is not a scam?
I can not use an exchanger because I do not have any money in any pay processors.

Hello dear,you don't have to have money money with payment processor as you can buy LR from exchangers if you got cash on hand by using westernunion /moneygram or wire transfer also you can use cash deposit in case you use exchanger in your country ,the matter is easy and to be safe you can use one of exchangers have sticky thread here

you don't need to have money in other epayment systems because most exchangers will help you fund directly. One of the exchanger that I found good and reasonable in fees eForexGold exchanger, check 'em.

WM-Center is a great place, they do not play around. Probably why they charge big fees lol. BUT it is worth it. Fast payment by western union! Thats what I did.
