I am getting a problem in terms of on page SEO.I naver face this kind of problem before i dont know why this is happening.

i am doing optimization for my website while i was working on this website i have change main page title,description and stuff like that,The funny problem i am getting google update website description and every thing but he did not update website title from last 2 weeks.if you go to website source code it will show title which i want to see in search engine but unfortunately google just showing previous title.

Can anyone have any idea about this problem ?

Yes this might happen sometimes, and even it has been noticed that in certain cases some words and unwanted elements might be added to title tags. In most cases, the age of websites and their link popularity records can be the reason. For example, if your website has been recently launched, and has not been online, say, for example a year, it still is not getting properly indexed by Google because your site needs more time to get stable crawling patterns and records over the net.

On the other hand, since new sites are in most cases not powered by the strong types of backlinks, so their indexing and crawling records may not seem that functional. Lack of contents on pages too can be among other issues. For instance, simply creating an index file and then uploading that, without publishing some useful text paragraphs on it to help people as well as search engines. Keep your site updated, add links to that and also remain patient for some time to see effects.

Yeah, blueonline, got it right, I would guess too that the problem can be helped if you upload an index file of your site - and keep it as organic as possible, that matters too. That's the key reference nowadays: organic content, organic links, organic article writing... google loves that.

You'll want to make sure you submit an xml sitemap to google and other search engines on a regular basis. If you wait for their crawlbots to pick it up, it could take some serious time. I recommend submitting an xml sitemap at least once a week. There's really nothing you can do though other than that, and wait.
