Hello i have problem with

i made the payment on 20 july and he told me order will take about 48hrs to be proceeded and i will receive report from them
today is 15 August and no reports received and no progress and i sent them many email ,hardly replied me 2 emails and each time they say sorry as they were in sudden vacation and they are working on my package and i waited for more 1 week and nothing happened no reply for other emails, no progress ,no work and no reports about their work
Hopefully no one use their service until this matter cleared with them
