Not even close, Zeek had profit pools, a sure indicator of security and the reason SEC attacked. FUNKYSHARK is straight up penny auction, which have proven to be very profitable format, but not even close to compensation structure where Zeek was all about the money, not the auction, whereby only 2% even bid with the bids they purchased.

COMPARISON:

The hopes of getting a return on investment in FunkyShark is not true, you are purchasing bids and the only commissions that are earned are on the useage of those bids, so no useage, no commissions. Again, the difference is clear if you understand the focus, it is on bids used, not bids invested and banked in hopes of some mystical ROI, as in investment. A bid is worthless unless used, BIG difference. No one who buys bids to hold them will get paid like in Zeek deal.

Did you get burned in Zeek, is this why you are so intent on posting on all the forums with your opinion? I evaluate them all, including being one of the first to be introduced to Zeek having known Paul for over a decade. I warned him of issues, but evidently he was going with advice of lawyers, and we all know what that got him. You cannot hope to escape notice running $600M through your bank accounts and not expect banks to report it to homeland security for suspected money laundering, or in this case, SEC for potential pyramid ponzi issues. With less than 2% who even bothered to use bids they purchased, it was an obvious red flag. People were being induced to purchase bids as an investment, not as a tangible product of value to use to access penny auction.

This is the issue, and FunkyShark is not inducing people to invest in bids in hopes for a ROI on just the holding or giving away of these bids, they focus on the profits derived from actual moving of merchandise on penny auction, which are significant, and then paying commissions based on these profits, but not on the bids purchased. Use it or lose commission potential on actually winning of merchandise, pretty simple to see the difference when you look beyond the surface. Paul had the right platform, just took the wrong road to profits selling bids as an investment, BIG RED FLAG, and the rest is history.
