Not all paid to surf programs are scams, however I will agree that the majority are. If a paid to surf is set up right and maintained it can really be around for a lot (LOT) longer than what has now become the norm.

Imagine those who take the real potential and seize it, having such a large community, steady traffic and the attention of thousands of members. Work in products, invest outside of the industry, offer products (develop your own or work with other affiliate programs) and so on.

The problem is, in this industry - administrators have gotten lazy and they expect their auto surf to work without putting in any effort. When the funds run low (or the members do) the program crashes and burns. Administrators run with what is left and everyone else is out money and even worse, interest in the industry.

Saying all auto surf programs are scams though is just not true. The majority may be, but there are still a few that have more than good intentions, they have a solid plan.
