USA china pp account Help!

for USA china pp account I need to enroll in PayPal's Expanded Use Program. So does this mean I need a vcc with expanded use number, will paypal not ask for a copy of the bank statement with billing address on it.
any advice would be great

If they ask you to enroll in PayPal's Expanded Use Program then you only need to add a VCC with Expended Use Number.

mrkbri, sorry, no china vcc or china debit cards, because under china's law, only BANKER can sell all banking product no exception. You can buy vcc or atm debit cards add to your china pp and withdrawn funds. Many honest reseller in this folder.

hi phoenix

u mentioned that sellers can withdraw their paypal china funds into their vcc or atm debit cards.... but u also mentioned that there is no available vcc in china...

(remember that paypal china only uses chinese renmenbi and not US dollars)
so i dont know if foreign sellers can withdraw from paypal china into their U.S. VCC. I could be wrong but how can a paypal chinese account make a withdrawal into an American VCC because their funds are not the same (one is chinese renmenbi and the other is in US dollars)

chinese accounts are tricky for some but not for us, we have helped many people with i'd say every country that has paypal.

i dont understand why someone is interested in using Paypal China... it can only be used within china...

if you use paypal for international transactions, paypal china will ask you to register in paypal usa...
