What's so unique about it? It's just another scam.
Website is registered anonymously.
No indication who the principals are.
Panamanian office address is a "virtual office" administered by Regus.
Las Vegas address is a drop box.
No telephone numbers.
No fax numbers.
Funds have to go to Bank of America account in Kansas!!!!!!!
But best of all, if I send them money for my Diamond membership, I can receive $95,000 per month.

I note the following in one of the promotional postings for this rather obvious scam:

Do NOT even think of incorporating offshore using ANYONE else except a legitimate, licensed law firm or private attorney. It is VITAL that you have the protection of an attorney / client relationship throughout the entire set up process.

If you try to save a few bucks and use one of the many web based "Brokerage" companies, you are not asking for trouble, you are practically guaranteeing it.

Here is just ONE example of why it can cost you money. You set up a company, and the associated bank account using a broker.

You are then asked to fund the account with a minimum wire transferred deposit (between $1,000 and $10,000 is standard for these accounts). You wire the money and duly receive conformation from the bank that it is in the account. You then log on to your account and discover that the balance is ZERO.

Care to guess where your money went?

What the broker "forgot" to tell you is that he is also a signatory on the account. He simply withdrew it and there is NOTHING you can do about it as he had a perfectly legal right to do so. And for all you Americans with the normal "Screw with me and I will sue your ass off attitude", you are in for a VERY rude shock the first time you try and sue a local in ANY of the offshore tax havens. For a start, their attorneys do not work on a contingency basis as it is illegal in most other countries besides the USA. Secondly, after you have paid your local attorney up to $50,000 up front, be prepared to wait up to 5 YEARS for the case to come to court.

Now the good news. Using our attorneys, the system is exactly the same with one important difference. Your bank account is set up with a ZERO balance, and you do NOT fund it until you have received written conformation from the bank that you are the ONLY signatory on the account."

Firstly, setting up a Panamanian corporation through a licensed attorney can cost less than $1000. Even the more reputable offshore brokers such as OCRA will charge less that $3000. And they still have to work through a Panamanian attorney or registered agent.
Secondly, setting up an account with a Panamanian bank cannot be done by proxy. The broker or attorney may introduce you to the bank but he cannot open the account on your behalf unless you give him power of attorney to do so.
The only cost involved will be the initial deposit ***8211; and you will be the sole signatory unless you authorise your attorney or agent to act on your behalf.
As a former banker with some experience in Panama, I am intrigued as to how this ***8220;club***8221; can set up an account for you with a zero balance. Banks in Panama have even more stringent ***8220;know you customer***8221; rules than many other offshore jurisdictions.
