Todays Investment Words of Wisdom
They way you begin your investment journey is to invest in things in which you like and have a need for, first and for most, not because it's popular or a have a short term trend, but something that you can place a personal value upon, enlight of what the market is saying it's worth. Ask yourself these questions...
1. What are you willling to pay for this. (that's it immediate personal value)
2. How often do you need these things (that's it's immediate personal demand)
3. Is this something in limited quantity ( this goes along with question 2., in which what causes this to obtain value)
4. Why would others need this? ( Does it fit everyone)
Once you are capable of answering these questions the best way you can, you are ready to move on to the world of investing on your own. At this point you are able to place true value on your investment, and compare it to it's paper value, which may be to low or too high.
I will discuss some more things relating to this topic tommorrow...... We look strenghthing your investment knowledge. So some of you can do this on your own and create weallth for yourself in do time, because it's a process.
