Would U?.....Need Your Opinion.....Investment Idea

I have been trolling TG for a little over a month now and have enjoyed the site and its members. I decided to attempt an investment into a hyip and was burned by Relax Business. However, due to this fiasco I had an Ah-Ha moment concerning the marriage of a hyip-like program with a "real" investment. I say hyip-like because I am not sure what the payout has to be in order to be considered a hyip. I am doing some research and would like your opinion on a potential investment program.

US based
International investors/currencies accepted
An investment program were investors were made aware of every investment cent spent
Private membership at $12.00/year
Access to message board to discuss current investment projects
Pictures to verify investments, add’l verification can be done online by members
Minimum investment of $10
Guaranteed 5% per month payout

Would something like this interest you? Please don’t pm me for I don’t want to be accused of soliciting. I am in the early stages of a thought that could formulate into something huge. I would appreciate any questions, thoughts, pros or cons.

No matter how well you set it up, not everyone is going to trust you. The best you can do is go ahead and put your program together and people will either join or not.

grandmother. Besides trust is not really the issue, trust is
part of the risk package and if you are not willing to take
a risk your chances to make any significant return on your
investment are basically zero.

Why do you consider those two issues to be a drawback? The US location is very good, for the Feds or any other federal agency can "easily" locate me if it is an illegal venture. I don't intend on hiding. This type of investment is being done daily but on a much larger and riskier scale.

I am convinced that some people are turned off by hyips yet believe there are no real money making possibilities available which isn't true. With my plan 5% per month is obtainable so I guess the proof is really in the pudding. Anyone up for pudding?

As a newbie, I would probably be hesitant to join any new program. I would probably wait until it runs for a bit before investing

Sorry but I overlooked your post. The whopping member fee of $12.00/year is just to offset fees for hosting, site & webboard maintenance etc. It will be very costly to run a site of this magnitude vs. a typical site.

The returns will be guaranteed and I can understand your skepticism but I can't give away too much at this point. When the entire plan is laid out you can judge for yourself for it is truly a no brainer.
