Which 3 things investor looks in any program before investing?
Hi
I want to know which 3 most top things investor looks into any program before investing? I think it is good idea to ask investors instead of guessing myself. This way I can take necessary steps to make things better.
If you are investor then please reply to this thread so all program admins can get benefit of it.

Re: Which 3 things investor looks in any program before investing?
1. Plan - the plan should be 1% to 5% ROI. Most HYIPs with lower returns usually last longer than higher returns which is more risky and unrealistic.
2. Site security, layout and design - the site should have a good anti-ddos protection and on a dedicated server, the site design should look professional.
3. Honesty and reputation of the admin based on his previous programs.

Re: Which 3 things investor looks in any program before investing?
So far all three investors who replied to this thread check plan (rate of return) of any program before investing. Program layout is at second number. My plans are not too much higher and I will change my program layout in coming days.
More comments please.

The first you impress from is always DESIGN.
I mean all the interface and other stuff. Also not unrealistic rates, texts, etc etc

Re: Which 3 things investor looks in any program before investing?
Also site should have real time stats - Not only from investors point of view. but from YOU!! In the sense, you should be able to account how you utilize our money for investing in, say for example FOREX. how much profit gen. / day, like in the case of OpenTrade!!
Any reserve fund in case of loss?
Its possible that, investors may or may not believe your stats. but it gives them a broad perspective!! hope you got my point!!

It appeared that you have not done your homework before going on-line. You should have.
If your stats are true, you are doing quite well for a site with practically no design.
First of all don't lie to prospective investors. Taken from your site:
Profit is 100% guaranteed, I am responsible for funds security
You can not guarantee 200% to 400% profit in 100 days, neither on this planet can. And who we can hold responsible if you don't give us your real name and at least postal address?
Your plans are not realistic, so please call a game a game. Post it clearly on your site that you are running a cashflow game (ponzi), partially supported by gambling at BOM etc.
