Few months ago I have built a site for the customer who needed a system for getting funds from people and giving back the interest after certain period of time (don't know how to describe it better, but you know what I mean)
After month or two, I got the another request for the same application.
Well, both of those websites are down, they were fake just as I've supposed. I've tried to become an 'investor' some time ago, and all I got after all was a negative balance in my pocket. Then I turned into a web developer, creating websites - having a real job. So, after years of being totally away from this... market (?), I came back (in a different role).
The reason why I'm posting this is because I came up to an idea of reselling the application to other people running a business similar to my previous customers.
So far I did not make fancy website with option to purchase, download & run your investment job in a seconds. I wanted to see if people are interested in such website application at first. Actually, I can setup the site for you within a couple of minutes, but it may be a hard job for people who aren't that friendly with creating a database, importing database information or editing a config.php file.
There is a DEMO version online, you can check both members' and admin area. You cannot add or remove anything, although the system will tell you that you successfully finished something
It's a DEMO, so all add/remove/update requests are filtered because I don't want to get up in the morning and find out that my database has taken all disk space.

Check it and tell me what you think. I'm listening for suggestions, I'll do all it takes to improve the system and make it more attractive, reliable and rich with features.
If anyone is interested in bying the site right now, I can set the site for him for free and provide the default template (that one you see in a demo). I haven't decided about the price yet, but it won't be over $150 because I think it will be sold pretty much and there is no point to raise the cost. I'll be happy if I sell 10 websites
If you send me PSD template, I'll dress up your site for $50. If you don't have a design and you still want new look - contact me first, I'm not a designer and I need to check with some of my fellow designers if some of them is free to work and how much will be asking for a new design.
