Hello!

I ordered my new XL Card today, the ATM card.

I wanna know if you have any idea how long these people take to process
orders. I wasnt given a Fedex option and i want this card soon. I paid via eg.

Please help me with your suggestions

I received a mail from them a day or so later - saying that the card will be shipped that day and will be here in 7 business days. So i expect to receive it soon

Depending on your location. This is my 2nd card and both arrived in 2 weeks time (philippines). They do not load on Saturdays and Sundays but they load faster (in minutes) during office hours

Does the internet access for checking the balance really coast $0.25? as they said?

Also, Did they send you an e-mail when the loading is done?

There is no checking charge..where did you read that? Yes, they will send email after the card is funded... Take note the time I sent the funds and the time they confirmed..

I send them an e-mail asking for fees and shipping dates and they send me this

If you order the card today we will ship it today.  It will take around 7 business days to arrive.  If you would like to send it DHL then it will cost and additional $25USD.

 

Here are the fees:

                  $4.95   monthly fee

                  $1.50   per ACH debit

                  $1.50   per domestic ATM withdrawal

                  $4.00   per international ATM withdrawal

                  $1.00   per domestic/international ATM denial

                  $1.00   per domestic/international ATM inquiry

                  $1.00   per domestic POS

                  $1.50   per international POS

                  $1.00   per domestic POS denial

                  $1.50   per international POS denial

                  $1.95   per deposit

                  $1.00   per card to card transfer

                  $0.25   per internet inquiry

                  $10.00 replacement Card

So, also, I found the fees page within the website but I can't remember the url for it.

So, as you see, there is a $0.25 fees for internet inquiry.

Hmmm..thanks for that info.. withdrawal fee is quit high so it's better to withdraw using machines with maximum capacity to dispense bigger funds..

Does the limit of $2995 mean that once you load that amount (doeans matter on how many parts) you need to get another card? Its not a big deal, but is good to know.

sorry but I can't answer this question correctly.. I have never reach that amount yet since my card (though acquired last November) but I seldom use it before.. I think I have only a total transaction of $1350 this month.. I Think that limit is monthly..
