Somebody know about how to open virtual US checking account. Maybe somebody help me to open it, or sell me this info.

The only way to do this is to buy one of those debit cards that has an attached virtual bank account such as Anres or even VMI as they can receive ACH's and do card to card transfers. You cannot as I recall send regular payments though.

Some cards do allow online bill pay. VMI does not work with PP if that is what you need it for, FYI.

You may check with AccentBanking if your country is supported .

VMI is very good /cheap and reliable solution for non resident as well but you will need to wait for awhile since their service is temporary suspended due to bank change matter . ( find more details here )
