Let me know if the bank account is on one of these following countries
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, and UK. I only need debit card with bank account from one of that countries.

Can we load this card from bankwire transaction or IBAN, like withdrawl from moneybookers, SolidTrustPay, AlertPay or StrickPay with BANK WIRE/IBAN options ?

Do we have internet banking check of history for example ? (BECAUSE WHEN ADDING THIS MASTERCARD AS BANK ACCOUNT, MAY COMPANY WILL SENT SOME TEST FUNDS WITH TRANSACTION MEMO FOR VERIFICATION STEP like alertpay when adding usa/canada/euro bank account) ?

The card has IBAN loading and bank wire loading options. Withdrawal from Alertpay etc not at this time, though a bank wire from them would be accepted

Yes to the balance checking, we repeat the account for this card is a CARD ACCOUNT. Whilst the account is versatile, it is not the same as a high street bank account .
