Hey,

Just bought anonymizer for pc-protection and find out it is not working with Google's Chrome :-(

Are there any experts around here that knows how to go around this problem

You could try asking PC Protection's support to see if they will come out with an update to make it compatible with Chrome.

I think the incompatibility issue you have mentioned is relevant to the recent web options because most developers are still creating and developing scripts and web based applications for the major browsing softwares like the Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Opera. Since Google Chrome is regarded as a rather newcomer to the web browsing world, it will take some time before web developers offer exclusive packages that are compatible with the software.

I don't know anything about this, I never tried google chrome.. maybe i'll try it to satisfy my curiosity.

have you got access to IE on the same computer? If so try it with that and then go into the proxy options to see if it automatically fills in some proxy values - eg localhost 8040 or whatever and then transfer the same into chrome under the hood options.
