GDCA hasn't had a website up for days. Been trying to gather info from them but nowhere to be found.

Sometimes websites go down for a few days/weeks for a number of reasons. It could just be temporary or they could've shut their doors. Was it a HYIP?

No, not an Hyip. They monitor the ecurrency exchanger industry via verification etc.
