There might be quite a few possible reasons. Why don't you contact their customer support for assistance?

I'm still not too sure about them.

Everything else should be working properly as far as i know...what else could I need to check?

I'm using the default settings for the conservative mode. It might just as well not be the parameters, so do not hesitate to contact them about your problem.
