what is the virtual bank account? how do you get it?

as far as I know you can only get a Payoneer card from one of their partners, they don't allow payments to the card until you get few payments from their approved partners

no, my vba is only to verify US PP or MB. u can order payoneer card from me and to get from payonner center access to Payoneer Virtual Bank accaunt beta version.

why do I need to buy the Payoneer card from you? you can only get it from one of their approved partners and getting it is free, you pay for the activation.
