Hi all
Here is my problem
more than one year ago i used Eurogoldsales exchanges to buy ecurrency (not big amount.... but 300€ isn't so low)

i made bank transfer from my bank to his account, and i had transfer result from the bank (all fine)

after a week i contact them, but they said money hadn't arrived.

so i contacted also exchanger bank, and they said they putted money in eurogoldsales account, and the day after the exchanger closed the account

so i sent to exchanger by mails the attached files i got from the 2 banks , and after more than 6 months they didn't answers.

i also sent them letters but never got an answer.

Any suggestion will be apreciated

need a workin email or fax number

also, any workin contact for GDCA, couse seems website isn't workin.

yep already tried this way but if u use complaint pages, link seems broken (if u click on next button to change page, notihng happens)

also, in contact us page, u can write letter, but when u send it it say : message sent, but also erroro in visualization. (and i tried already 4 times to contact them this way)

Well... finally i can say that Eurogoldsales scammed me

After one year, they say me they didn't got my money, when i have original document from my bank, and also emails from THEIR bank, were is confirmed they got my money into their account.

So AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

they stoled me little money, just few hundred euros.
bad is that bank cannot do anything.
