I know of a lot of places where you can get + 10 % on non-EUR and non-USD deposits, the risk is then in the first place currency risk.

Better rates on EUR or USD deposits in non-third world country ? (Ukraine is second world )

That is fairly standard returns for the currencies other than the major USD, CHF, JPY, EUR, GBP, etc. etc. Keep in mind though that in 1 year the UAH has gone from 4.5 per 1 USD to 7.8, a 60% increase in USD value or a loss in value of 40% -- so even if they pay out 20% you will still lose 20% over the USD.

You will not find a legitimate source that offers this sort of return on USD, Eur, etc. currencies that are guaranteed.

Please restrict yourself to the paper companies you open. I find it insulting in the extreme that you presume to pontificate on matters which if the truth be told, I know much more about than you ever will.

Fine then why don't you prove your statement about high return USD, Euro, CHF, JPY, -- other than HYIPS and bogus Forex claims that offer 12-21% guaranteed returns. I am talking about safe, not high risk from legitimate sources rates of return. Anyone can take their chance on a high risk investment, maybe it pays off and maybe it does not.

Major banks and investment firms who offer guaranteed rates of return talk about 1-7% as high rates of return.
