Re: fxvision! what is your opinion?
here is the last update.
Hello dear members,
I had a long chat with the Admin this afternoon and I have some encouraging news to report.
1) The Trader has spoken with the Main Director of the bank today and when she did she brought 50 of FXvisions members ID documents with her. The Director was very impressed with the speed of progress. He also said that if the rest of the documents are as clean and well put together as these, he estimates the audit will be completed by the end of August at which time wires would begin going out 10 days later! laugh.gif
2) I know we reported we would wait untill the funds arrived to the NEW ACM trading account before applying the 1.5% interest for each week of delay.... BUT, after speaking with the Admin she insist on applying the 1.5% immediately to every members account. I don't mind telling you ...I did the number crunch on this and it totals ALOT of money out of her and the traders pocket to do this including covering the loss to the NEW ACM account that occur, over 6 figures!! I am still in disbelief it's being done but also am extremely grateful for everyone involved. No one will lose anything by this holding period during the audit because of this generousity.
3) We still have about 50% of the membership who need to submit there ID documents, or sadly, they will not be able to remain with FXvision. In addition, the delays to receive your refund will be approximately 60 days extended by the bank if they do not have your documents, if they are determined clean to let go. If your deposit was large they may not want to release them without the ID requirements being met.
What are the ID document requirements?
- A scanned copy of Passport or Drivers License or ID Card issued by a Government agency
- A scanned copy of 3 months or less old bill that shows your name and address
- Email SCANNED copies of these to xxxxxxxxx or fax these to xxxxxxxx. Please scan if at all possible for best chance of acceptance by the bank. They want legible documents to read.
The other thing we need is a HAND SIGNED permission form for being able to transfer your funds to the FXvision Offshore Account. Or, if you want your deposit back then you need to send us wire instructions to your home bank account.
"On this day ___[the date]__ I __[your name here]___ request you to cancel my refund and please send all my funds with you to the FXvision Offshore Account "
Signed: [your signature here]
4) When will we begin trading again? With this news we estimate we will begin trading again in the new structure by 3rd week of September. It will appear as nothing change because the Admin and Trader are willing to pay out of pocket 1.5% each week untill things are back on track.
5) When will withdrawals be honored? These will be processed once we have the funds sent to the FXvision Offshore Bank account from the auditing bank now. Estimates are 3rd week in September for this as well.
Best regards, FXvision Team

Re: fxvision! what is your opinion?
I think they will be back when this is all sorted out, as strong as ever. The difference will be that members should be aware that they can be audited and should therefore be planning to pay the appropriate taxes on their earnings.
Of course, as always, this is my opinion only, I have no inside information to add any weight to my statements.

Re: fxvision - fxvision.com
things look very shadowy now, the money has been hold hostage by some banker and doesn't want to release it.
