Best combination for HYIP Monitor hosting?

Hi, I have been looking all over the web for the best hosting for HYIP Monitors (not HYIP Sites!).
I have come to the conclusion that the best combination is Web4africa for hosting and Xtraorbit for domain registration.
Web4africa also has domain registration but Xtraorbit is cheaper.
From what I read, web4africa does not accept HYIP sites but HYIP Monitors should be ok.
Any opinions??

That's strange conclusion. Lot of hostings (not only the one you said) could be used for hyip monitor site but not all hostings accept hyip hostings due to its high risk site nature.
