We already offer Liberty Reserve as top-up method for our offshore CashOut ATM Card, along with: Webmoney, Perfect Money.

This is our card loading fees* as presented on our website:

Liberty Reserve to ATM Card: 8% + 10 USD
Webmoney to ATM Card: 8% + 10 USD
Perfect Money to ATM Card: 10% + 10 USD

This is because you visited our Webmoney dedicated website: www.wmxchange.com, where due to Webmoney Transfer System rules we are not allowed to advertise other e-currencies like: Liberty Reserve.

I've made a type on the discount offer: the discounted card cost for delivery by normal post is 30$ not 60$.
