Paypal to payoneer - Is there any such service ???

I want to know whether any exchange company provides the transfer between paypal and payoneer ? I want to transfer some small amount.

so you want to pay with paypal to get payoneer? if so , then no exchanger will accept this since there is risk for scam

If you are already a Payoneer cardholder and have been receiving payments, you can apply for our virtual account program that will allow you to receive payments to your Payoneer card.

This is a pilot program, so it is only open to people who have already received a few payments (recently) through existing partners.
