even if not reloadable .. but a vcc with + 100$ that i can use to pay via ebay .. and can be use on a non us-paypal account

Im searching for a paypal vcc provider. The vcc normally used vcc stopped working on octobre the 12th because paypal changed something. I need a way around and you should be able to deliver more than 10 a day.

Then i search vcc for paypal that can upload money into paypal. Maybe even reloadable and valid longer than 24 hours.

I search vcc for paypal to withdraw money with.

I search shopping vcc that are reloadable and are valid longer than 24 hours.

I search vba-creator.
