They would be the same as almost all modern IBC acts are based upon the BVI model including Belize, Antigua and the Seychelles. Contrary to popular opinion, not all Seychelles agents require bookkeeping and only need the know the location where the financial records of the company are kept. A simple move to try and make the Seychelles a more acceptable jurisdiction to the onshore word, only time will tell if it succeeds.

The only real differences are cost.

No difference. B.V.I. has stronger trust legislation and better trust products.
