Non-payment by any SCAM eGold program without valid reason, can be reported to the Association of Egold Investors "eGold Monitor" at:

A Black List and a Grey List of eGold programs are published on their web site at:
http://www.egoldmonitor.com appropriate, offenders are reported by eGold Nonitor to 104 police authorities worldwide, eGold, ISP's, Newsgroups, Gold Clubs as well as many Fraud and Scam warning web sites.
"Fraud" and "Obtaining Property by Deception" are serious arrestable crimes, punishable in all countries by up to 7 years imprisonment.
Calling a program a "Game" or using rules full of exemption and get out clauses are not valid excuses in court.
Investors and all honest program admins are urged to report scam programs to eGold Monitor."
