When the hell can I sign up for the forum?

For crying out loud when are they going to allow us to sign back up in the forum?

I'd like to get some information about this double payment stuff.

It's not like it would be THAT hard for 12DP to handle. Just don't pay them next time around. The slush fund should be deep enough to cover.

mee 2! but I don't get it why you need to create a ticket to be signed up...why can't they permit creating an account when accessing the forum?
