Are there fully legitimate programs paying around 10% per month?
Well, the questions is rather simple - do you know any legitimate online or offline program that pay around 10% per month. I am not interesting in 20%+ or even more extreme schemes. But I am interesting in proofs of their legitimacy, a very good paying history and real contacts + real address.

Leopard fund??? Here is the info I read from their website:
The Leopard Fund is in full regulatory compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission and has filed all legally required notice and disclosures with the SEC. The principals of Leopard Fund are therefore subject to the anti-fraud and civil penalty provisions of the SEC regulations.
But only 5% per month and minimum amount to loan is US$ 10.000.

Leopard fund is one of the FF programs isn't it? Is the 5% a month guaranteed? I don't understand how a program fully registered with the SEC can guarantee any amount. I have a feeling they would be all over that. I'm not saying that any program that guarantees a specified return is a scam, but tons of flags would be going up with any program that offered a guaranteed return.

Yes it is listed with FF.
They guarantee against a loss, not interest per month. That is nothing special and quite easy to do and achieve.
Although 5% return is nothing and I can easily write you up a loan for that rate a month for any amount. (I am with all seriousness)

RFP, I'm not certain about, never appealed to me thus far (low limit for investing).
FF, UF, and PIC are all registered companies.
I dunno why you ignore what I just said, everything is right there for you. If you feel 5% a month is "hot", risk free, then come fly down to me and we'll sign papers. I'm starting to work with 7 figure clients now, so to me any amount you bring I would be able to handle.

Their status is lets say a bit questionable.
One of the most secure programs offering 7-8% monthly are ITS and NSFG. I can't guarantee they are real thought.
NSFG is very transparent and pays variable - from abotu 10% to 30% in Nov.
This is all i can recommend in this range
