CTR = Click Through rate means that how many people click adsense ads per 100 average. normally it is from 5-8 % if you just place ads on the top.

With Adsense up to 3 are allowed. Additinally more banners not always perform well as it starts displaying cheaper ads

If you don't put a link you may get a duplicate content penalty

Even if you can make the file names keyword rich would be better
I just took a look at the websites Hyipmonitor is trying to sell you... they are not worth 5 cents each.
They are machine generated sites with no original content. All they are is lists of links to other websites and articles. These sites can be built at a rate of in excess of 1,000 an hour.
They are junk sites that the search engines seldom index and if you are lucky enough to get one indexed, it will get banned within 6 weeks.
