JCard.Biz (Debit Card)
I have been using JCard for several months now with pretty good transactions from E-Gold to my JCard. I admit the Customer Service has always been terrible. They do not provide 24/7 Customer Service like they advertise and they never answer at the contact number. About 5 days ago I sent $6,000 to my JCard and I had been checking the online access to see when it posts to the card. It never did, but what did happen is my online password stopped working for my JCard. I then went to the ATM to try and check my balance or withdraw funds and it said the PIN is not correct. Over the course of the last few days I have contacted JCard thru email and thru phone with no response back from them at all. Another card I have is IGE Card, they both use the same Credit Union and I cannot login to my IGE Card online access either. Are any of you experiencing similar problems or can assist me in resolving this issue.
