Why do not transfer money from IntGold? Level 13

Why can I not transfer money from IntGold? I have level 13.
Today I have autoxchange IntGold. OutXchange IntGold can not do.
I have entered successfully in my account but I do not see nothing information.

You better call Intgold as I have read someone else who was unlimited also had a problem. The intgold support told them it had nothing to do with them! Some problem on his end?! It sounded really bizarre. I read about it on YMMSS but have not had time to go back and find the thread to see if it was resolved. Better get in the queue to talk to Intsupport. Could be they don't like the country you reside in. Not sure though but good luck and tell us how it works out. amy

Funny! If your intgold has reached level 13, I am sure you can't transfer any money because the highest level is 5.

Methinks they mean verification points of 13 which is level 5
