1) IF they get approved then dx saying something has been registered will carry a LOT of weight as they are the registering agent for the company.
2) It also depends on the type of company they are registering.
If you remember back there was some discussion here as to whether the companies were going to be full fledge IBCs or if they would be cybersuites. There is a huge difference between the 2.

That's a BIG IF. And the longer it goes, the more questions arise. So far it hasn't happened in a month and a thinking person would wonder why when a normal legit business in Vanuatu is able to get registered in only a few ways? Why did Dx take $950 from people when they knew they weren't registered themselves in the first place?
All these are RED FLAGS that yell SCAM.

Who says that dx has to be registered? The vfsc.vu website says nothing about being registered.

Yes, it does raise questions. However remember 1 main thing. For the past 6 years you didnt need an ibc to operate a merchant console. Now dx is wanting you to and you need get it from them. IT opens 2 new possibilities, 1) They are aiming for 100% legal and legit and want themselves and the merchants covered and protected under the privacy laws of vanuatu. or 2) they are just using this is an avenue for more cashflow, but I am inclined to go with #1.
It is curious why they havent been registered and if they don't I doubt they will let it stop them. IF they are legit they would just try and get setup in another privacy haven to register the global companies. If they are scammers, then I have no clue what their move would be.

It says nothing about registering a company for yourself, What does it say about those wanting to setup shop offering those services to others?
