I have never read so much rubbish in my life. Firstly for someone to intervene in our business to make comment on our business through our forum will not be tolerated at all. And for everyone to except what they say without verification is shear stupidity.
Second, I have been talking with adirector VAT this morning and he has not even had a contact number for myself or the company to contact us. We discussed a platform that is by far superior than the current system. It involves a wallet for everyone and for those that wish to have a card the discresion is yours completely. We should be able to use this system for withdrawals and many other functions.
I actually mentioned that the cards should be stopped well over a week ago but obviously the message never got to the people that make decisions. The use of the cards has been stopped in the interim until the new platform is in place.
As for the current situation with the uploading of DC's, it has always been a decision of management that the integrity of withdrawals remain in tact, therefore withdrawal are activated according to date. Yes DC did get infront for a while but is now being bought back inline with all other methods of withdrawal.
I will have further updates on the new system and withdrawls as they come to light.
