Presumably, they're getting queued up faster than the DXMerchants are processing them. That doesn't mean they have exceeded the 48 hour mark for getting processed. Of course, if that trend continued - OXs getting queued faster than DXMerchants process them, then eventually that would happen. If/when that happens, I expect people who are getting their OXs cancelled will start screaming and let us know soon enough.
