I need help lifting paypal limitation!

I need to add and confirm a bank account to my paypal to lift a limitation, and I know I can ATM cards that can verify paypal bank accounts. But i dont want to wait for a card to come and the expediate shipping is so much more money. So i was wondering if there was anyway i can obtain the information i need to verify without waiting for an ATM card to come. Paycards i know you sell these ATM cards is there anyway I can get the Bank Account Info. before I get the ATM card.

I know but i have to pay for something on ebay and I dont want to wait for shipping. but i would use that if no one else can help me.
and also if there is a way how much would it cost.

some sellers here give you the bankaccount details before they ship the card ........ you pay ...then they register the card ,,,,then you get your card details and you can start using it ....but the plasticcard comes in some days !

but the only card with that that works is VMi ....for the other cards you have to provide id documnets to the bank ...and that alone takes 2-3 business days .

but VMi works not for paypal ..... they block the card ......so , if you need the card for pp ....then use a other card .

for to lift the limits you can also add a vcc ..... then you still have limits but higher limits ....... a vcc you can have her in forium in 5 min.

How? the item's total is $321 and about $270 are on in paypal and the rest i was going to pay for with Ebay Gift Certificates

and your problem is that the seller will only accept verified paypal?

no he accepts any paypal as long as it is non credit which i would pay, or he accepts Money Order which i will do if i cant lift the limitation. my account is limited so i cant pay anyone. and i would prefer to pay paypal because i have $270 in there and i am going to use ebay gift certificate. but as i said if i cant get it off hold quickly i could just pay Money Order
