A question about ebay seller

Hello,
When i create a new ebay account and signup for ebay seller. Right after i verified my seller's account i list 3 auctions selling some phones i want to get rid of and my account gets suspended due to abuse of ebay...is there anything i did wrong to get that? This happened twice in a row..two diffrent computers and information. Please help me out thanks.
